It is fine flour for rotis, dosa or idli batter, and porridge. Whole grain to boil like rice is linked at the top of the description when we sell that pack.
How do I make rotis with Gut Cleanse 3-in-1 Millet Atta?
Mix the flour with warm water and knead for a couple of minutes. Cook it on a hot tawa. For dosa batter, mix it with soaked urad dal and ferment overnight.
