Anyone who can legally enter a purchase contract in India may place an order. You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. We currently ship within India only.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Natural products may vary slightly in colour or texture. Product images are for illustration.
Our foods are natural everyday staples. We do not claim they cure disease; they are meant to support a healthier diet as part of your lifestyle.
When you place an order and complete payment (or confirm a supported payment method), you make a binding offer to buy. We accept the order subject to stock availability and successful payment. We may cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, details look fraudulent, or delivery cannot be completed—any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded as applicable.
Delivery timelines and charges are described on our Shipping & Returns page and may also appear at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided (or as per courier rules).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or opened products under normal conditions.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our customer care team promptly with your order ID and clear photo or video proof. After we review the case, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Decisions are made fairly after speaking with you.
Keep your login secure. Do not misuse the site (spam, abuse, scraping, or interfering with others). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Branding, product content, and recipes we publish belong to HealEx Harvest or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the site or delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Andhra Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
