“Crispy, restaurant-quality golden dosas on the very first try! Just whisked with water, rested for 10 minutes, and poured on a hot cast iron tawa. Morning breakfast is sorted in 15 minutes.”

Made both fluffy steamed idlis and lace dosas with the same mix. Both came out soft and porous. Outstanding convenience for busy working professionals.

The fermentation aroma and crunch is incredible. My kids loved the crispy texture and devoured three dosas each. Clean label with zero soda or artificial additives.
